Delete your data

Metro Ai has no accounts and sends no personal data to us. Everything it stores stays on your phone, so you can delete it yourself at any time.

Delete everything from inside the app

  1. Open Metro Ai.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete all my data and confirm.

This removes your settings, favourites, saved routes, trip history, and home and work stations from the phone. It cannot be undone.

Or uninstall the app

Uninstalling Metro Ai, or clearing its storage in your phone's Settings → Apps → Metro Ai → Storage, removes all of its data from the phone.

Backup files you saved

If you exported a backup file from the app, it is a normal file in the place you saved it (for example Downloads or Google Drive). Delete that file to remove it.

Data we hold

None. We do not keep an account, location history or any other personal data about you on our servers. If you emailed us a crash report or a question, write to info@riseon.org.in and we will delete that email within 15 days.
