These terms apply when you download or play any game published by RiseOn ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the games.
Licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the games or their art, sound or code.
- Cheat, use bots, or tamper with the games, ads or rewards.
- Use the games in any way that breaks the law or Google Play's policies.
Virtual items
Coins, lives, boosters and other in-game items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are stored on your device. They are lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data. If a game offers in-app purchases, Google Play processes the payment and Google Play's refund policy applies.
Ads
Our games are free and supported by ads from third-party networks. We don't control or endorse the products advertised. Rewarded ads are always optional.
Privacy
Each game's privacy policy explains what data it handles. For example, see the Cute Candy Crush privacy policy.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering a game or any feature at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep playing.
No warranty
The games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise they will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the games. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies once it is posted here with a new date.
