Common questions
I lost my progress.
Progress is saved on your phone only. Uninstalling the game, clearing its storage or switching phones starts you over. We can't restore it from our side.
A rewarded ad didn't give me my reward.
The reward is only granted when the ad plays to the end. If the ad closed early or the connection dropped, try again on a stable connection.
Can I play without ads?
Our games are free because of ads, and rewarded ads are always optional. You can turn off personalised ads in Settings → Google → Ads.
How do I delete my data?
